What do we do?
Personalised photo invitations and novelty gifts with your own photos and the designs of Uniquely Yours. By no means do your photos have to be professional photos. Turning your happy snaps into beautiful digitally enhanced masterpieces is all part of the fun.
How does the process work?
Very simply... it's as easy as this:
1. Decide on which design you like (or we can custom design one at no extra charge using your ideas; type of look, colours, clipart etc).
2. Fill out the Online Order Page.
3. Email your photo/s you would like to use to sales@uniquelyyours.com.au
4. Once payment is cleared, you will receive your first proof within 24hrs with a watermark on it.
5. Working with each other, any changes you would like are done very quickly and sent back to you.
6. Once approved to go to print by yourself, your order is made and posted within 24hrs.

Uniquely Yours owns all designs within this site and therefore we do reserve the right to put a small watermark of our website address on all of our outgoing products to customers. In saying that, our mark is minimal and in no way takes away the look of your design. |
Can I personalise my invites even more with guests names on each invite and, if so, does it cost extra?
This is no problem whatsoever, it just may slightly alter the design you have chosen but we are more than happy to do this at no extra cost. In fact, we encourage it as it gives that extra touch of personalisation even more so.
If I want to order, for example, 15 Party Loot boxes, can I do that when they're sold in Packs of 12?
Yes you can, and they're no more expensive for any singular additional items. The product 'packs' are just like a minimum order but you can certainly order any given amount greater than the pack quantity.
If I purchase, for example, the Set of 4 Mini Champagne bottles, can I personalised them with different names on each?
Absolutely, personalisation is what we do.
How do I place an order?
Go to the "Order Online" page. Fill out all of your details. Email photos to sales@uniquelyyours.com.au.
What if I submit my order but didn't click "Submit Photos"?
No problem! Email your pictures to remembering to just type in your name and address as a reference to your order.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due prior to your order being commenced.
Do you print without my approval?
No. Nothing goes to print until you are completely satisfied and you then give us the go ahead.
What format should my images be sent in?
300dpi is optimal - anything less is a little more difficult to work with. Most digital images are fine. Please do not reduce your images at all when emailing them through. This can really limit the true potential of what could be done with your photos.
How much is postage?
Regular Post is free Australia-wide on Invitation & Announcement prints of all sizes. Novelty items do incur P&H costs. In any case, whether postage is free or additional, you have the option, which we recommend, of Registered Post at an extra cost for your peace of mind. Just mark the Registered Post option when ordering.
How many do I need to order?
A minimum of 12 prints on Invitations & Announcements. Novelty Items have no minimum order.
Do you keep copies of my order/s?
Yes we do and they can be referred back to at any time.
Can my design be used for advertising?
Your invite or novelty item could be used for advertising. All personal details (address, phone numbers etc) will be edited. If you do not wish for your designs to be used please let us know by checking the appropriate box on the online order page and your wishes will be honoured.
Do I know the price including P&H, if applicable, before my order has commenced?
Yes. Full payment is required before your order will commence. Once you've submitted your order, you will then be taken to a window with payment option details. Included in this page is Direct Bank Deposit details, Business name for Cheques and Money Orders to be made payable to and information regarding Paypal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to use this option to pay credit card - a secure link will be emailed to you for you to then complete the transaction.
Can I use more than one photo?
Absolutely! Its far more effective to the design most times working with more than one image.
Do you do returns/refunds?
Once you have approved the final proof and it has gone to print, unfortunately returns/refunds are not possible.
What if my goods are damaged when I receive them?
Your items are packed with care. Once posted, your goods are the responsibility of Australia Post. If you would like Insurance please let us know.
Can I use any design for any occasion?
Eg "I really like a Baby Announcement design but would like to use that look for my child's birthday?".
Absolutely - we will work with any design for any occasion, using any colour scheme you like.
